The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading fast-paced, cross functional teams to deliver programs aligned with strategic business priorities and bring new and complex technologies to life.

This position is part of Cepheid Customer Care and will be Remote . At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Manage and own complex, high visibility programs such as AI implementation in customer service
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, and lead vendor evaluation and selection, manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations
  • Work closely with regional Customer Care teams to understand the customer expectation, business needs and priorities, get alignment with the regions and incorporate regional inputs into the program and engage regional key stakeholders in the program management process
  • Liaison with IT, Innovation, Quality and Regulatory and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful on time delivery of programs

The essential requirements of the job include :

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with preference for 8+ years related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with preference for 5+ years of related work experience
  • Experience in managing complex programs and projects in a global organization, preferably in regulated markets
  • Demonstrated track record of strong organizational and communication skills to be able to influence and rally cross-functional key stakeholders.
  • Understand global service and support operations, experience with call center, field service or other customer support functions is preferred

Travel Requirements :

May travel up to 20%, both domestic & international, as needed.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in :

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and / or DBS (Danaher Business System) VPM (Visual Project Management) tool
  • Experience with AI (machine learning) and CRM software

The salary range for this role is $110,000- $165,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
