Documentation Specialist
Location - Glenview
$65,000 + per year
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating documentation processes, ensuring that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
You will collaborate with various departments to maintain high standards of documentation and support our overall operational efficiency.
The hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Documentation Specialist Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, organize, and maintain documentation systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate the creation, review, and approval of documents, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Implement version control and maintain records of document revisions and approvals.
- Assist in the development of templates and guidelines to streamline documentation processes.
- Respond to internal requests for documentation and provide support as needed.
Qualifications :
- Degree Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in documentation management, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Must have experience in Banking / Equipment Leasing Industry
- Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, CRM
