What you'll be doing
- Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments / trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
- Directs and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and / or departmental / enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Identifies and directs the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department and / or business unit for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Provides subject matter expertise to team members and applicable internal / external stakeholders on complex assignments / projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Provides direction on complex assignments, projects, and / or initiatives to build and enhance the capability of their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Manages and delivers on complex projects by using an end-to-end deployment process, including but not limited to : analysis, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Maintains various accounting translation tables / rules to support new products, business needs, or regulatory requirements.
- Advises and provides expertise to appropriate internal stakeholders to assess and deliver proposed complex technical solutions which meet business requirements and / or which integrate process, accounting rules and data with technology.
- Analyzes and establishes accounting rules for complex source system accounting transactions to ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.
- Ensures the integrity of complex accounting processes and reconciliations for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles, and compliance with internal controls and SOX.
- Leads process improvements ( new system implementations, key initiatives.) and procedural or accounting changes.
What we’re looking for
- 4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 5-7+ Years of experience with finance systems and accounting that directly relates to the responsibilities for this position

Pay Range : $90,300 - $164,700 Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
