Job Description : As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will be trained to assist our clients with their marketing needs through face-to-face interactions and direct marketing at events.
This role requires a people-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to gain experience in the face-to-face sales industry.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Engaging with potential customers in face-to-face interactions at events.
- Assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies tailored to our clients' needs.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and customers.
- Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to potential customers.
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales team to develop creative solutions and strategies.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
