KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Manager client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm / practice unit service delivery standards.
  • Utilize technical and industrial knowledge of learning and talent development to identify and manage complex client issues.
  • Drive the development of innovative and interactive learning solutions that engage learners and support a learning culture for our clients.
  • Leverage contemporary interactive technologies to engage and enhance learning, including digital adoption tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, Epilogue Opus, Cornerstone, etc).
  • Conduct needs analysis to design and configure scalable solutions within the LMS.
  • Act as primary point of contact for troubleshooting LMS system issues.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure optimal performance of LMS.
  • Create and maintain documentation on LMS processes, usage guidelines, system updates and best practices.
  • Train staff on best use of LMS functionalities.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of five years of Learning & Development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university.
  • Experience in identifying the educational needs of others, developing formal educational materials / courses, and training programs or classes.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instructions for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effectiveness.
  • Experience managing a portfolio within a project or team; previous experience in setting priorities and balancing competing deadlines.
  • Experience mentoring or managing employees including annual goals setting, performance review and discussing career opportunities.
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements.
  • Applicant must possess a U.S. Government TS / SCI clearance.

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.

one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday.
