KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead, identify and document existing processes in support of defined process improvement initiatives
  • Provide support through process improvement methods such as mapping, analysis, reporting, use of data collection tools and techniques, and ability to assess the results of process improvement documentation
  • Lead change management-focused initiatives and workstreams for federal clients, leveraging industry expertise and address complex issues.
  • Oversee and lead small teams to deliver transformation delivery and supporting services, coach and mentor team members for high performance
  • Lead and support policy projects, including the planning, implementation, and assessment from inception to conclusion
  • Support development / execution of change management plans to include communications, training, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of five years of relevant work experience related to change management / policy
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university; advanced degree from an accredited college / university preferred
  • Experience related to change management, including communications, content development, training, stakeholder engagement, and behavioral and cultural change
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
  • citizenship required and an active Federal government TS / SCI + Poly security clearance
