Make an Impact! The Benefits Program Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our total rewards programs, including, benefits, and recognition initiatives.
The Benefits Program Manager will have a deep understanding of total rewards strategies, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving employee engagement and satisfaction through competitive and equitable reward offerings.

Position : Program Manager, Benefits
Shift : Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Experience :
- 5 years progressive experience in total rewards or benefits management role.
- Experience administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education :
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.)
- Graduate Degree preferred.
Licensure / Certification :
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification preferred.
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred
