This Is Voice is looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

The Front Office Representative will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to the team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, personable, and enjoys interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, packages, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area to create a welcoming environment.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, managing calendars and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide general information about the company’s services and respond to inquiries from clients and customers.
  • Assist with various clerical duties as assigned by the management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
