The ideal candidate will have experience working on multi-family residential projects and a strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures.
Qualifications :
Blueprint Reading : Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams accurately.
Experience : Proven experience in residential electrical work is essential.
Background Check : Must successfully pass a background check.
Driving Record : Clean driving history is required with valid driver's license.
Travel : Willingness to travel within the Washington, DE Metro area as required for variousprojects.
Learning Attitude : Willingness to learn and adhere to company-specific methods and standards.
Attitude : Positive and professional attitude with a proactive approach to work.
Work Ethic : Strong work ethic and dedication to high-quality workmanship.
Career-Oriented : Motivated and career-focused, with a desire for long-term growth within the company.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
NEC Knowledge : Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and regulations.
Safety Training : Completion of safety training programs such as OSHA 10 required.
Language Skills : Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
