- Answer telephone calls in a timely fashion.
- Have a professional and personable telephone manner.
- Be able to work effectively under stressful conditions.
- Be aware of where key people can be located throughout the program.
- Greet the public, visitors, vendors, delivery personnel.
- Transport visitors to / from the train station as needed.
- Available to work occasionally on holidays.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
