Salesforce Administrator / Developer Armonk, NY Salesforce Expert
POSITION SUMMARY The Global Business Operations team is responsible for developing and managing Strategic Roadmaps for applications across the Sales organizations, as well as managing application operations activities.
Salesforce Developer / Administrator will be responsible for CRM (Salesforce.com) configuration, development and implementation project activities.
JOB SCOPE
Salesforce Developer will function as a core member of the Global Business Technology team. The primary focus of this role is to collaborate with senior members and business stakeholders to successfully drive the implementation of the CRM platform (Salesforce.com).
RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate for this role will be responsible for :
Advise on and implement configurations and 3rd party integration in Salesforce.com based on prioritized requirements.
Provide global production support and general administration
Participating in the estimation, scheduling and execution activities for projects as they are assigned.
Consulting and mentoring Sales Operations Teams on Sales CRM functionality and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Salesforce Administration and Developer Certifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce development using Apex
Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with Salesforce building custom objects, approval processes and workflows;
Salesforce APIs and 3rd party integration.
Experience with iterative project and development processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with IT resources.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com reporting and workflow capabilities / limitations.
