Sales Professional; Management Trainee
Fink's Jewelers is currently searching to hire an exceptional Sales-Management Trainee Associate at our North Hills location in Raleigh, NC.
The best candidate is intrinsically motivated to manage one day one of the top-performing jewelry locations in the country.
All Fink's Managers are selling managers, which means that they must have a love of selling jewelry and interacting with clients above all else.
A Sales Professional-Management Trainee associate at Fink's Jewelers is a full-time, 37.5-hour per week position with one of the most lucrative commission programs in the jewelry industry, other incentives, and a full benefit package.
Qualifications :
- Prior Luxury Jewelry / Timepiece Experience a plus
- A passion for and demonstrated excellence in sales performance
- Ambitions to manage a high-performing jewelry location and flexible to re-locate if necessary
Responsibilities :
- Exhibits excellence in personal sales and customer service
- Assists the store management team (Store Manager, Office Manager) in aspects of the store's operations, while learning the Fink's Jewelers team culture
- Develops business within the community as a representative of the company
- Involved in leadership training throughout the year
