We are looking for a talented Client Liaison Manager who will have the overall responsibility for management of several accounts within a portfolio as well as relationship management, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.
Your role in our mission
Essential Job Functions
- Communicates / interfaces regularly with client(s)
- Develops and manages a portfolio with full P&L responsibility
- Prepares, monitors, and manages budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s)
- Oversees development and implementation to develop project approach and implementation plans
- Manages client relationship; responsible for ensuring client satisfaction
- Reports to management on progress toward strategic account growth and business goals.
- Identifies sales opportunities and assists the account management team with successful close of sale
- Monitors state legislative, regulatory, and competitive environment and alerts management to risks and opportunities.
- Works with delivery counterparts to Identify additional sources of revenue through process improvement initiatives and business rule optimization
- Collaborates across the enterprise, including, executive leadership team, implementation and delivery teams, and other internal teams to solve problems, ensure contractual obligations are met.
What we're looking for
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of account management experience
- 2+ years of C.O.B. experience (Coordination Of Benefits)
- 2+ years of Healthcare / Medicaid experience
- 2+ years of Conflict Resolution experience
- Medical Billing / Coding Experience

The pay range for this position is $52,900.00 - $75,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
