The Product Division Manager is responsible for overseeing the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and implementation. The Product Division Manager is responsible for aligning the product goals with the business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
They lead a group of product managers towards delivering high-quality products and solutions that create value for the company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain expertise in LSA's products, user personas, clients, and competitors. Make recommendations on what areas of the business to improve based on this expertise.
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to the executive team, the product team, and the rest of the organization.
- Lead and mentor product managers and other cross-functional collaborator to deliver impactful products that meet user needs and business goals.
- Establish and implement best practices for product development, such as agile methodologies, user research, data analysis, prototyping, testing, and launching.
- Measure and evaluate the performance, quality, and user satisfaction of the products.
- Stay updated on the latest industry and technology trends and incorporate them into the product strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
