We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in a medical facility setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support and possess knowledge of medical terminology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers. Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate patient care. Handle billing inquiries and process payments. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Assist doctors with medical procedures. Restock rooms with medical supplies Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and authorizations. Education & Experience Previous experience in a medical clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology and basic life support procedures. Proficiency in handling patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Experience with MacPractice. Quickbooks knowledge. Bilingual speaker EMR systems : 1 year (Preferred) Employment Type : Full Time
