COUNTRY's Digital Client Experience team is actively seeking a seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to advance it's Multi Channel Sales Major Initiative.
The Multi-Channel Sales Program manager will be responsible for leading executive level communications, managing issues, eliminating blockers, and supporting agile teams in delivery of key objectives for the program as a whole.
The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of digital client facing capabilities along with experience in bringing them to market.
This individual must also possess a passion for driving digital capabilities forward in order to optimize the customer experience and drive business results.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL, or Alpharetta, GA.
How does a Program Manager make an impact?
- Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones; tracks project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop Project Charter, Scope, Stakeholders and Project Team Organization.
- Determines the frequency and content of status reports from project team, analyzes results and troubleshoots problem areas.
- Conducts project post mortems and creates a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
