Job Description :

We are looking for a creative and versatile individual to join our team as an In-House Creative Content Creator and Designer.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging visual and written content that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and digital ads.
• Create compelling written content, including blog posts, articles, social media captions, and website copy, that showcases our brand voice and values.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their content needs and develop assets that support their objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains innovative and relevant.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of our content to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements :

• A degree in graphic design, visual arts, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience (2-4 years) working as a graphic designer, content creator, or similar role, preferably in-house or at a creative agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative content concepts and solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing your design and content creation skills is required.
