Responsibilities :

HousekeepingOperations : Oversee and manage the housekeepingdepartment ensuring the timely and efficient cleaning andmaintenance of guest cabins and public areas.

Coordinate dailycleaning tasks inspections and quality assurance measures to exceedguest expectations.

Leadershipand Team Management : Lead train and motivate a teamof housekeeping staff to achieve excellence in their roles.

Fostera positive and collaborative work environment encouraging teamworkand a strong sense of camaraderie among theteam.

• GuestExperience : Strive to create a welcoming andpristine environment for our guests anticipating their needs andpromptly addressing any concerns to ensure their utmost comfortthroughout theirvoyage.
• InventoryManagement : Maintain optimal levels of housekeepingsupplies and equipment conducting regular inventory checks andliaising with procurement to ensure a seamless supplychain.
• Safety andCompliance : Adhere strictly to all safety securityand environmental regulations in accordance with maritime standardsand company policies.

Safeguard the wellbeing of guests and crew byproactively identifying and addressing potentialrisks.

Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments including front desk maintenanceand dining services to ensure seamless operations and a unifiedguestexperience.

Requirements :

• Experience : Proven track record as an Executive Housekeeper in a 4 to 5starhotel or cruise ship demonstrating exceptional leadership andorganizational skills.
• Attentionto Detail : Possess an acute eye for detail tomaintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentationthroughout theship.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectivelyinteract with guests and crew members of diversebackgrounds.
• ManagementSkills : Strong leadership abilities to inspire andmanage a team of housekeeping staff fostering a culture ofexcellence anddedication.
