Senior Network Infrastructure Analyst
What does a successful Senior Network Infrastructure Analyst do at Fiserv?
You will venture on a complex global environment, having the opportunity to work with multiple network technologies, including routing, switching, SDWAN, firewall, load-balancing, and automation.
You will be involved with incident response, troubleshooting, break and fix engineering for a large-scale global network and security infrastructure.
What you will do :
- Support a global enterprise multi-vendor network consisting of 20,000+ Network and Security Devices
- Provide advanced level troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve network / security related incidents across a wide array of technologies and platforms
- Engage, drive and escalate issues with multiple network / security vendors related to incident management
- Assist with client testing, troubleshooting, new implementations and disaster recovery testing
What you will need to have :
- 2+ years of overall IT experience, ideally in a Network Operations or Engineering role
- 1+ year experience and knowledge of LAN / WAN technology and protocols, including but not limited to BGP, EIGRP, HTTP, FTP, TCP, and Spanning Team
- 1+ year experience diagnosing and resolving complex network switching and routing issues
- 1+ year experience configuring and independent troubleshooting of Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Versa switches and routers
- 1+ year experience with enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Juniper, and Checkpoint) and load balancing (F5, Citrix NetScaler)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and / or military experience

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with clients, vendors, engineers, and managers at various levels
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple incidents with potentially competing priorities
- Collaborate well with others on a global team to solve problems and actively incorporate input from multiple sources
- Self-motivated and able to think outside the box with a strong desire to learn and grow
