We are a fast-paced, upbeat chiropractic and progressive rehab clinic helping patients get back to doing what they love through chiropractic care, progressive rehab (PT), and other wellness services.

What you will do :

• Market for new patient conversions
• Be a Referral Machine with our patient base to gain new patients that they would recommend the clinic to
• Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, community outreach
• Insurance verifications
• Create financial worksheets
• Deliver financial reviews with patients
• Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctors treatment plan
• Scan incoming insurance EOBs
• Weekly patient reporting
• Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines
• Work with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-free
• Help; manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure Patient experience is efficient, fun, and effective
• Help maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
• Help to collect patient charges, control credit extended to patients, and file, collect, and expedite third-party claims
• Maintain business office inventory
• Other Administrative tasks
• Be paid bonuses monthly based on new patient conversions and patient happiness that leads to retention

What you need

• Two-year degree or more is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated
• Previous experience in growing a business, department, or location via the ability to market and convert new patients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required
