DE LA FONTAINE Industries, a designer and manufacturer of steel doors and frames, is currently looking for a candidate to fill a Shipping and Receiving Lead position for its Indianapolis facility.
Our company expertise and reputation for reliability is based on more than 50 years of experience in the steel door and steel frame industry.
Your role :
- Oversee the process of products to be shipped and ensure compliance;
- Drive a forklift and place the products in the right place for shipment;
- Tie the products on the pallets and ensure the packaging of the pallets;
- Organize truck loading and sample products on a computer;
- Gather batches of parts and pack them;
- Apply and respect health and safety standards in the workplace
- Accomplish all related tasks.
Working hours : Permanent. Day shift. 40h / week from 7am to 3 : 30pm (Possibility of working overtime)
Salary : Starting at $20-$22 / hr

- You have 3 to 5 years of receiving-shipping experience in a manufacturing environment;
- You have good computer knowledge;
- You are in excellent physical condition;
- You are rigorous and you have a good memory to do several tasks at the same time;
- You know how to manage your time and work space well;
- You are proactive and you want to learn.
