This role involves reaching out to potential clients, learning the ropes of the mortgage sector, and supporting event coordination and lead generation efforts.

Compensation :
$45,000 - $50,000+ at plan yearly DOE
Responsibilities :
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Update and manage CRM
- Utilize tools, trackers, and scripting resources to generate and build business
- Consistently reach out to and follow up with the database
- Assist sales team with lead generation and follow-up
- Generating activity and participation in home buyers' events
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Assist team in various other capacities as needed
Qualifications :
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to varied workload
- Must be independent, self-motivated, and organized
- Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude
- Motivated by income potential and financially driven
- Competitive mindset
- Natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly
- Not afraid to talk to people and make phone calls
