Easterseals Florida is seeking an Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team in our newest program, The School for Limitless Learning.

With its play-based curriculum and inclusive approach to education for children who are neurodiverse or have other related disabilities, this new private school represents a significant milestone in our community.

The Early Childhood Educator Assistant is dedicated to providing essential support in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 6 weeks to 3 years old.

A snapshot of what you'll do :

• Provide a positive, safe, stimulating, and inclusionary learning environment
• Assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Assist in recognizing, adapting teaching strategies, and addressing the individual needs of each child
• Collaborate with the lead educator to maintain open and effective communication with parents and families

Qualifications :

• National Early Childhood Credential (CDA / NECC) preferred
• Successful completion of the Florida Department of Children & Families 45-hour Child Care Training in early childhood education
