Job Description :
We are currently seeking hard-working and dedicated Insulation Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in the installation of attic insulation, solar-powered attic ventilation systems, and other home improvement projects.
This is a hands-on position that offers the opportunity to work in a growing industry, with potential for advancement based on performance and experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the installation of attic insulation to increase home energy efficiency.
- Help install solar-powered attic ventilation systems.
- Work on various home improvement projects as directed by the lead technician.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines on all job sites.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in construction, insulation, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
