Portfolio Manager, Vaccine Project Services

We are seeking a Portfolio Manager, Vaccine Project Services to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business remotely.

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of Project Management and serve as a key contact for internal and external business relationships.

What You’ll be Doing :

• Facilitating seamless study set-up including protocol and budget review, leading meetings.
• Developing and implementing project plans, milestones, risk logs, action / decision logs, and metrics.
• Leading the development of customer standards and managing client-specific portfolio including multiple projects and programs.
• Monitoring timelines and deliverables of portfolio and managing study scope changes and budget.
• Participating in improvement projects as needed and providing feedback on team performance against contract, customer expectation, and project plan to leadership.
• Responsible for the assigned global customer program(s), including development of operational processes and high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical or research industry experience, including at least 3 years of project management experience.
• Thorough understanding of medical and clinical research terminology.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Smartsheets.
• Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role :

• Excellent interpersonal and customer management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of project management and equivalent working knowledge of CRO industry required.
• Experience in successfully leading large, global and complex Phase I-IV clinical trials preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including excellent command of English language.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $97,400.00 - $162,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience;

location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
