Bretz RV & Marineopened for business in Missoula Montana in 1967. Until then Frankand Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and rentingUHauls in central Missoula.
A search for a new camping trailerended up turning into a new business opportunity. Not only did theBretz family get a new camper they decided to get into the businessof selling and renting small travel trailers.
Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a familyownedand operated business with six dealerships across Montana andIdaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employeesto nearly 400 employees in the last five years.

What You Will Do
As Marketing Director you will lead initiatives and peopleacross the marketing and promotional events space. Your teamincludes a marketing manager several marketing specialists and avideographer.
As well you’ll work closely withcrossfunctional peers in sales finance IT andoperations.
Among the projects andinitiatives ahead are :
- Alignmentand standardization of Bretz’s online and socialmarketing collateral and campaigns
- Planningand executing successfully for Bretz’s brand at a numberof regional trade shows and events
- Improvingour conversion rates and audience engagement across socialplatforms
- Expanding our presence and brandawareness in our seven markets through innovative communityfocusedevents

Qualifications :
- Proven experience in marketing and project managementpreferably in the automotive RV or boating industries.
- Demonstrated ability to strategize implement and maintainmarketing and system integration initiatives that drive businessgrowth.
- Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret data identify trends and translate insightsinto actionable strategies.
- Excellentorganizational communication and leadership skills with a trackrecord of managing budgets and completing projects ontime.

- Creative and tenacious problemsolving skills with a keenattention to detail.
- Advanced SEO / SEM tacticsand strategies
- Experience managing andimproving a CRM preferably in Salesforce.
- Abachelor’s degree in marketing business or a relatedfield is preferred. However significant relevant experience and ademonstrated track record of success may substitute for the degreerequirement.
