A Premier client located in Monroe, Ohiois seeking a Machine Maintenance Specialistto join their team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical part to keeping our delicious products running on our equipment, so our customers receive their orders on time.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, work well as a team, and take pride in their work.
Pay Rate : $30.00per hour
Shifts : Sunday - Saturday with 2 days off per week. A 7 day a week availability.
- Midnight 9 : 00 am
- 6 : 00 pm 2 : 00 pm.
Whats the Job?
- Youll ensure our doughnut-making equipment and facility are running in tip-top shape.
- Part of your daily routine will include preventative maintenance on all factory equipment, troubleshooting equipment issues and performing repairs.
- We have a Preventative Maintenance Calendar that shows your daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual maintenance to be completed to help keep you on track for impeccable equipment maintenance.
- Youll use personal protective equipment (PPE) when working on our doughnut-making equipment.
- Part of the work to perform includes assembling mechanical components and electrical devices, and possibly performing welding and fabricating as needed.
Whats Needed?
The skills needed to get the job done will require you to be proficient in at least five areas and have knowledge of the others :
Automated equipment operation, including setup, tear-down and repair; Boiler operation; Electrical wiring; Hydraulics; Pipe-fitting and plumbing;
Pneumatics, Sheet metal; Welding; Shop machinery; PLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Youll need a high school diploma / equivalency or GED.
- It is extra-awesome if you have 3-5 years of experience in an industrial plant and / or have completed a technical program or certification in electric, welding or general machine maintenance.
- Facility is open 7 days per week, so will need to be available to work Saturday and / or Sunday.
- The shift will be either 7pm-3am or 5am-2pm
