What you'll be doing...

This position reports to the Supervisor-Data Governance. Responsibilities include various day to day functions supporting the accuracy of Master Data as well as related project driven activities, end user support, and interaction with accountants and IT staff.

Provides insight on assigned Data Governance Tasks.

Ensure accuracy of reference data owned by the accounting team in the 1ERP Environment (SAP).

Overseas the help desk to resolve issues and create trouble tickets with IT.

Manages Data Process and ensures Data Quality.

Supports Sarbanes Oxley, ERP Security, internal and external audit requests.

Identify areas of enhancement and opportunities to streamline.

What we're looking for...

You're organized, analytical, and have the ability to identify process improvements. You have solid accounting and systems knowledge across a variety of topics with the ability to self-direct, manage projects and meet deliverables.

You are developing your management and leadership skills through assigned and self-driven projects and assignments. Working independently is as comfortable for you as being part of a team.

You'll need to have :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or one or more years of work experience.

Experience with Financial Systems, procedure, and verification.

Experience with SAP.

Experience mining various data sources and or providing visualization and analysis of complex data structures.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

Even better if you have one or more of the following :

Experience with successful ERP Implementations.

Experience of financial statements and concepts.

Experience with SQL.

Knowledge of Google Suite Applications.

Ability to manage multiple projects.

Strong time management skills.

Ability to work independently.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
