At CSAA Insurance Services, Inc.’s office in Glendale, Arizona, design, develop, and maintain durable technical solutions to well-defined problems in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Deliver clear, pragmatic solutions with applicability to meet immediate business needs. Ensure that technical and quality standards are carried out throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in team design, scoping, and prioritization sessions, and provide regular demonstrations of completed work. Stay up to date on new technologies and methodologies, and continuously seek opportunities to expand skills and knowledge.
Assist team in achieving a high degree of automation using well-established DevOps and Agile practices. May lead and mentor more junior software engineers.
May work remotely withing commuting distance of Glendale, AZ office.
Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, an Engineering discipline, or a related field, and 3 years of digital engineering CRM experience.
Employer will accept as the equivalent a Bachelor's degree in one of the requisite fields and 5 years of digital engineering CRM experience.
Requires Level 1 or above certification in a CRM application.
Experience must include :
- 3 years of experience defining Enterprise Class structure;
- 3 years of experience working on CICD tool and Pega deployment;
- Pega framework implementation;
- 3 years of experience working with Node and Thread level datapage; and
- 3 years of experience working on advanced Pega OOTB (out of the box) integration, including exception handling, data mapping for services and connectors, and security model for connectors and services.
