THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for :
- Establish strong customer rapport and reliability within account to become trusted advisor.
- Assist Wall Strategy Team in developing Cosmetic POG’s to improve productivity and plan for the greatest future opportunities.
- Lead and own all presentation development to collaboratively gain accounts support of innovation, displays and promotional / pricing strategy.
- Participate in customer touch base appointments, category line reviews, Joint Business Planning and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Strategic Planning the overall business, to include development of a sales plan and target attainment
- Develop a relationship with support departments within retailer to ensure maximum support in all business areas
- Provide all forecasts, key account reporting and other sales reports requested by Coty Management
- Carefully monitor the Account’s P & L Statement. Work to ensure spend within budget while reducing DTP, Returns & low ROI investments.
- Develop high ROI promotional strategy and presentations, displays and events to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage promotional funds to effectively drive the business while facilitating resolution of all outstanding deductions.
- Handle price, pack or UPC errors that arise prior to or after an order ships-Work directly with Customer Service
- Consistently provide all requested information in an accurate and timely manner
- The National Account Manager will have Broker HQ sales support at Albertsons, and Assist support at Kroger (administration / deductions / fixture processing)
QUALIFICATIONS
We’d love to see candidates who have :
Essential :
- Education : 4 Year Bachelors Degree (Business Degree preferred)
- Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in CPG / Beauty / sales or category management
Desirable :
- Systems : AC Nielsen, Circana, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attributes : Responsible, analytical, detail oriented, organized, solution oriented, team player, strong communicator, goal / results driven
- Retailer Knowledge : Strong knowledge of the Regional Grocery and / or Kroger-Albertsons
