Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift) Needed for a State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Operation in Indianapolis.
The primary focus of this position is to prioritize and support General Plant Safety, Food Safety, Food Defense Initiatives, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
The incumbent is tasked with developing technicians and serving as a floor leader, responsible for the overall operation of the plant.
They must be capable of making independent decisions to ensure efficient plant operations, utilizing company-provided tools and resources.
Delegating maintenance tasks, overseeing their completion, and ordering necessary parts are also part of the role.
Key Requirements :
- Must know maintenance practices on food production equipment
- Must have Preventative and Predictive Maintenance experience
- Must have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be willing to work nights (5 pm to 5 am on a 2,2,3 rotation)
- Must possess a "Coach", "Teacher" and "Mentor" mentality
