To support our rapid, organic growth, we are looking for a Senior Supply Planner to join our growing Product Management team.

As a Senior Supply Planner, you’ll utilize your stellar planning and reporting skills and natural detail orientation to manage our existing product lines.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring strong organizational skills, a talent for prioritization, and a knack for building and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

This full-time, hybrid role is based in Orem, Utah, and will require you to be in our office three days per week. We consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skillset, qualifications, experience, and market data.

What you'll be responsible for Managing existing product lines from the purchase order stage through production and delivery .

Analyzing inventory levels to create purchase orders in quantities that support the company’s working capital requirements.

Weekly follow up with contract manufacturers to ensure raw ingredients and packaging are ordered properly and on time. Creating production forecasts and sharing with contract manufacturing partners every week.

Maintaining a close daily connection with our supply chain director to ensure product demands are met and any problems addressed.

Maintaining strong communication with the warehouse team to oversee receipt and organization of inventory in adherence to company procedures.

Collaborating regularly with internal and external stakeholders, including manufacturing partners, the fulfillment team, label printers, graphic designer, product management leader, inventory manager, customer service, and VP of Operations.

What ingredients you'll bring Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience.

Demonstrated project management skills. Ability to handle shifting priorities and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and manage lots of detail.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and propose potential solutions to management when problems arise.

Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Icing on the cake 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, project management, or a similar discipline.

Solid understanding of product life cycle and strict ingredient sourcing. Proven experience managing and preventing quality issues.

Confident in using Excel and / or Google Sheets for reporting. Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and best practices.
