We are seeking an Automotive F&I Manager for our client McGovern Ford a fast growing dealer group. Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven leader to drive growth.
You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous F&I experience for a franchised dealership required. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of selling automotive products to clients, working knowledge of the finance process, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present vehicle protection products to clients.
- Assist clients with completing transactions either in cash or with the securing of finance or lease terms.
- Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
- Participate in staff training to enhance the efficiency of the sales and finance departments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to crush targets.
- Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
- Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS : Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus At least one year in a dealership sales management position.
Professional personal appearance Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations At least two years’ experience in a dealership sales environment.
Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people. Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors Must be able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends
