Senior Strategy & Finance Manager, Strategic Growth Initiatives
The Strategic Growth Initiatives Team will be responsible for bringing strategic leadership, acceleration, and coordination of mission critical cross-company projects, both within EG Finance and across EG.
The Senior Manager of Finance & Strategy will lead various projects and will set the vision for how this work enables EG’s growth strategy.
Success in this role requires a leader who is passionate about continuous improvement, business partnership, and using data to drive insights.
What you'll do :
Lead strategic initiatives to foster growth and implement innovative business models and infrastructure
Identify and prioritize high-impact business opportunities, driving process improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
Develop comprehensive recommendations and implementation plans, guiding stakeholders through transformative changes
Utilize extensive organizational insight to spearhead projects aligning with the company's mission and future objectives
Provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to address complex business challenges and drive continuous improvement
Drive the development and implementation of advanced financial models and tools to support informed decision-making
Mentor and empower team members, fostering their professional growth and aligning their efforts with organizational goals
Coach managers in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, facilitating productive development conversations
Who you are :
8+ years of FP&A experience with increasing responsibility
Demonstrate a proactive and go-getter mentality, consistently seeking out opportunities for improvement, taking initiative to solve problems, and driving projects forward with enthusiasm and determination
Motivated to work in a hybrid type of strategic and finance role; will need to project manage and understand different areas of finance
Strong influencing skills with an ability to successfully lead up, down, and across the organization
Demonstrable ability to establish trusted, effective relationships across diverse sets of partners
Analytical problem solver, assessing risks and pitfalls, taking appropriate risks
Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities
Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling
Proven ability to influence and drive leadership to decisions and tangible outcomes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate financial concepts to all audiences
Results driven, highly motivated, and curious with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.
00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
