Senior Java developer

Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team in San Diego. In this role, you will apply your expertise in Java / J2EE to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and business stakeholders, to deliver solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop & Maintain : Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise-level applications using Java / J2EE technologies.
• Architectural Leadership : Provide technical leadership in both high- and low-level design, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
• Concurrency Management : Address and resolve concurrency issues within multiprocessing and multithreading environments.
• Database Expertise : Utilize your skills in SQL / Oracle and PostgreSQL to optimize database operations and interactions.
• Web Services Integration : Develop and expose web services using JAX-WS and RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration.
• Application Server Management : Deploy, configure, and manage applications on the Tomcat server for optimal performance.
• Spring & Hibernate Mastery : Use Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Hibernate to create robust backend systems.
• UI Development : Collaborate with UI / UX teams to implement front-end features using Angular and other JavaScript libraries.
• Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Experience : Work with ESB technologies to ensure smooth data flow and integration across services.

Qualifications :

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience : A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java / J2EE development.
• Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of concurrency, multiprocessing, and multithreading environments.
• Database Skills : Proficiency in SQL / Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Framework Expertise : Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Hibernate.
• Web Services : Skilled in developing and integrating web services using JAX-WS and RESTful APIs.
• UI Development : Experience with Angular and other JS libraries for front-end development.
• ESB Knowledge : Familiarity with ESB technologies for enterprise integration.
