S.Description : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless hiring process.Key Responsibilities : Talent Sourcing :
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.Candidate Screening :
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for open positions.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Collaboration with Hiring Managers :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation and candidate evaluation.Candidate Experience :
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
- Manage the candidate journey from application through onboarding.Offer Management :
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks as needed.Data Management and Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track recruitment metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management review.Continuous Improvement :
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Recommend and implement improvements to the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Requires three to five years of staffing and recruiting experience with high volume manufacturing companies.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS Systems. Workday experience preferred.
- Positive customer service attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills.
