About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with over 8 years of experience in Salesforce.com (SFDC) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, be proficient in custom development, and possess a proven track record of working in a global environment.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires flexibility as it involves collaboration with global teams, including participation in off-hours meetings.

Job Title : Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other SFDC components.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure the delivery of scalable and robust solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Integrate Salesforce with other business systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance of the Salesforce environment.
• Work with global teams, requiring participation in off-hours meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across time zones.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continually enhance the platform's capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in a global environment.
• Expertise in Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, including security settings, custom objects, page layouts, workflows, and process automation.
• Proven experience with integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems and platforms.
• Familiarity with version control systems, continuous integration, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with global teams and stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications :

• Salesforce Developer or Architect certification is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work in off-hours to accommodate global collaboration.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce add-on modules.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.

Location : Remote but working Pacific Time hours

Salary Range : The salary for this position is between $100,000 $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
