Summary
This is a working Management position. This job requires you to work with customers on a daily basis through numerous channels including, but not limited to, working the teller line, opening accounts, taking loan applications, and addressing client complaints / issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch including all Banker functions such as paying and receiving teller transactions, opening new accounts, making referrals of BancFirst products, and all other Personal Banker duties.
- Manage the customer service level of the Universal Bankers and Tellers. Extraordinary customer service will be required at all times.
- Responsible for coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action of branch personnel.
- Hold weekly operational and sales-related meetings with all employees.
- Conduct monthly scorecard performance reviews with each employee.
- Perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of Retail / Branch Manager experience required.
- Ability to motivate staff and assist in maintaining goals.
- Proficient in opening new accounts, servicing accounts, and working in a teller position.
- Able to interact with other offices and departments for accurate resolutions to problems / errors, in addition to the timely completion of job tasks.
- Flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the branch environment.
- Customer and Employee conflict management is critical.
- Knowledge of sales tools and presentation.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and bank policy, procedure, and regulations.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work well under stress and deadlines.
- Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
- Successful sales record in a retail banking environment; with knowledge of bank products and services.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports.
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner, and facsimile.
- Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see, or hear.
- Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling, or crouching to file materials.
- Ability to lift and / or move and carry 10-25 pounds (cash canisters, coin boxes / bags).
