We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Partner Operations for our Austin, TX office. Our expansive partner ecosystemincluding Resellers, Technology Partners, and System Integrators (SIs)plays a crucial role in driving growth and customer success. We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Sr. Manager of Partner Operations to scale and optimize our global partner operations infrastructure.

What You'll Do :

The Senior Manager, Partner Operations will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of operations that support the partner ecosystem. You'll manage a high-performing team and serve as the operational backbone of the partnerships organizationbuilding data-driven processes, streamlining workflows, and enabling partner teams at scale.

People Leadership

• Hire, lead, and develop a team of Partner Operations Analysts and / or Specialists.
• Provide clear goals, mentorship, and professional development paths to foster career growth and team engagement.
• Set performance expectations, conduct regular feedback cycles, and manage career planning and capacity.
• Create a collaborative team culture built on accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
