Swoon is currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator for a major company in the US
- Location : Remote
- Duration : 4 Months
- Pay Rate : $14.66 / h
Responsibilities :
- Manage and update logistics data for assigned vendors in a timely manner.
- Identify and troubleshoot vendor or local delivery issues.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve issues and adjust delivery schedules as needed.
- Escalate complex problems to supervisors when necessary.
- Collaborate with other teams to correct inaccurate merchant data.
- Collect item-level data provided by merchants and align it with internal DashMart item numbers and descriptions.
