LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a File Clerk for a construction company in Tempe, AZ. The File Clerk to provides administrative support various departments with tasks including : mail, claims batching and scanning, work flow, and document sorting.
$17 / hr - $18 / hr open ended contract. If you do a great job, they will find another place for you!
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Open, date stamp and sort mail.
Batch and log claims.
Attach applicable documentation to correspondence and misdirected claims.
Mail to appropriate entity timely via interoffice or USPS.
Assist with creating filing system in place for scanning files and batching
Courier between Utilization Mgmt., Claims and other departments.
Support various departments
Audit and / or review all filed paperwork
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Minimum of 6 months experience in an office setting
Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
Excellent time management skills.
