Your Responsibilities

As a Partnerships Manager, you will work in an agile team with continuous touch points throughout various teams within Raisin Bank and Raisin GmbH.

You will be responsible for the following :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key Raisin platform stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins, meetings, and ongoing dialogue with platform partners.
  • Work with legal as well as onboarding and partner bank teams to draft and finalize contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the outsourcing relationship and contractual basis, monitor and evaluate performance through KPIs and ensure adequate mitigating measures are taken if needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT product, legal, finance, or payments and operations) to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of partnership projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, set timelines, and monitor progress to ensure successful execution. Identify and mitigate risks associated with partnership projects.
  • Track and analyze the performance of the Raisin platform relationships using key metrics and KPIs. Prepare regular reports, provide insights, and recommendations.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role in the fintech industry.
  • Passion for fintech and interest in leveraging technology for state-of-the-art banking services.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making.
  • Independence and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to perform and assert ownership with complex and multi-faceted challenges and projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative team player fostering creativity and innovation.
