We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Billing Manager for 30 hours per week. This position involves crucial responsibilities related to invoicing, collections, monitoring payment plans, insurance verifications, and more.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and complete accurate invoices in a timely manner.
- Conduct efficient and organized collection activities.
- Monitor and manage payment plans to ensure adherence.
- Collaborate with team members to address billing-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Bill all sessions in our EHR system in a timely manner.
- Follow-up on insurance denials
Requirements :
- Previous experience in billing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in relevant software applications for billing purposes.
Schedule :
This is a part-time position, 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Times can be negotiable during regular business hours, 9AM 6PM.
