Human Capital and Organizational Development Strategist

Key Role :

Work closely with Navy clients to tackle their unique challenges with innovative talent strategies and solutions. Create forward-leaning people programs and products that align closely with the client's mission and business objectives.

Engage directly with clients to evaluate their talent management needs and gauge the success of initiatives. Draw on your consulting acumen and a broad spectrum of expertise in human capital areas-such as talent planning, acquisition, development, and sustainment -to provide insightful analysis and develop polished, data-driven deliverables.

Work independently in a fast-paced environment, quickly shape ideas to bring about change, and collaborate and drive progress for our client's everchanging needs.

Basic Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience with strategic human capital, talent management, or workforce development activities, including workforce planning, recruiting or retention strategy development, competency modeling and assessment, leadership development, leadership coaching, mentoring, or succession planning
  • Experience with strategic planning or organizational culture
  • Experience with assessing client programs and processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Experience with developing organizational-level strategies focused on future-facing goals using change management principles
  • Experience with structuring and conducting data gathering and analysis activities, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys
  • Experience with analyzing quantitative and qualitative workforce data using established software programs, including Tableau, SPSS, or Power BI
  • Ability to provide work samples or portfolio
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology

Additional Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
  • Ability to perform competency modeling, job task analysis, training needs assessments, and human capital solutions
  • Ability to leverage communication and facilitation expertise to maintain and build partnerships with organizations and clients
  • Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology a plus
  • Human Capital Strategist or Change Management Certification a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
