Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary :

HR Employer Solutions Group, a leading HR consulting firm in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing quality healthcare and medical services to our clients, ensuring their physical and mental well-being.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assess patients' medical histories
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and diseases
• Prescribe medications and provide treatments within your scope of practice
• Educate and counsel patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and management of chronic conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Provide exceptional patient care with empathy, professionalism, and respect
• Adhere to all practice and legal regulations and guidelines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs to stay updated on the latest healthcare and medical practices
• Serve as a resource for colleagues and other staff members

Requirements :

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas
• Master's degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a healthcare setting
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
