Department Description
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Development office and the Donor Events Coordinator, provide general assistance in a number of areas, including but not limited to : Team Aggie benefit fulfillment, special event support, gift acknowledgement and tracking, prospecting and annual fund support, the Aggie EVO Pro Network and programming, external communication and other administrative duties as assigned.
This position is a vital part of the Athletics Development team and will work closely with the Donor Events Coordinator, Major Gift Officers, and Annual Fund Gift Officers to fulfill the mission of the Athletics Development Department and learn all aspects of a functioning athletics development operation.
This position will also work on a daily basis with the Athletics Ticket Office, head and assistant coaches, facilities and operations staff, and other external relations areas.
This position will assist to identify potential volunteers associated with the EVO program, assist primarily though executing logistics for on and off campus visits with direct communication to volunteers and will host volunteers on campus.
This position will maintain the EVO Pro and donor database and listservs and help identify potential donors to UC Davis Athletics.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Attention to detail and strong writing / editing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- UC Davis graduates preferred.

- Desire to pursue career in collegiate or professional sports related field.
- Wide knowledge of professional careers and post-graduate educational opportunities.

Department Overview
The UC Davis Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA) in partnership with the Associated Students, University of California, Davis (ASUCD) has established a number of new full-time staff positions that will be referred to as, ICA & ASUCD Fellowships.
