Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and projects.

Responsibilities :
- Travel to multiple offices in the area to assist with various projects at least two times a month.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions
- Manage employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support benefits administration and assist employees with inquiries
- Conduct data entry and maintain HR databases
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations
Skills :
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Proficiency in HR software such as Dayforce, Paylocity, or similar systems
- Strong understanding of benefits administration processes
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding procedures
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent project management skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks

Pay : $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
