We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our client's team in the first week of November! This on-site position is located in Waunakee - conveniently near Madison's Northeast side.
You will support the customer via phones and email, along with internal teams such as : sales, manufacturing, supply chain and more.
This position is heavy on data entry and processes.
The Customer Experience Team operates Monday Friday from 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. ( 1 hour lunch)
- $20-22 / hr Based Upon Education / Experience

You will have a comprehensive multi-week training program in a collaborative working environment while gaining technical and mechanical product knowledge in a growing industry!
Your duties would include :
- Enter orders into manufacturing system.
- Contact customers for information about purchase orders.
- Work with drafting on order information.
- File and maintain paperwork associated with each order.
- Assist Customer Experience team by working on quotes from the quotes queue, taking customer phone calls (in back-up capacity).
