The Warehouse Supervisor’s primary function is to lead and manage all shipping functions; general material handling duties;
cycle counting and inventory records accuracy and picking of orders. Must understand, reflect, and deliver the following core values, core competencies, job specific competencies, and position responsibilities.

Essential Functions :
- Effectively supervise warehouse team members comprised of various degrees of education and work experience
- Assist warehouse team to accomplish any task when needed, as well as schedules accordingly to drive success
- Performs and observes others operating all equipment with a safety-first mentality and corrects behaviors when needed
- Ensures deliveries and transfers meet customer and warehousing expectations using all resources available
- Protects company assets through conditions, returns, discrepancies, inventory, staging, and predictive leadership
- Works in unison with inside sales, as well as systems to ensure product flow enhances the customer experience
- Leads team by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Required Skills / Abilities
- Knowledge of HVACR industry, products and solutions
- Must be a customer focused and detailed-oriented individual
- Ability to use advanced mathematics to develop business plans and provide financial updates
- Ability to operate and delegate all technology and product handling equipment efficiently, effectively, and safely
- Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer solutions
Qualifications :
- A High School Diploma or a G.E.D; Associates or Bachelor’s degree a plus
- One to three years of experience and / or training, or combination of education and experience
Physical Demands of the Job :
- Standing and walking majority of the day
- Occasionally lifting, moving, carrying up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
