The Lead Recruiter at Micron will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for setting direction, delivering, and driving recruiting strategies for our Technology & Products Group .
The scope of this role includes talent sourcing, recruiting selection and offers as well as leading and mentoring recruiters for success.
The role requires excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively interact with and influence all levels of the organization.
As the ideal candidate, you can achieve results in a fast-moving, vibrant environment. You are proactive and have a solid grasp on TA productivity, reporting, training, and operational excellence.
You are adept at effectively working in a cross-functional environment and developing and nurturing relationships with key collaborators.
You are able to assess priorities, troubleshoot, and analyze complex problems and solutions, and lead multiple TA projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities : + Create and implement talent strategies that identify and acquire top diverse talent enabling Micron business growth, vision, and mission.
- Recruit & deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions, drawing upon advising skills and staffing expertise to recommend the best course of action to recruit, assess, select, and hire.
- Partner with hiring teams and upper management to meet business hiring requirements. + Demonstrate sourcing techniques by applying a wide variety of tools, technology, and networks.
- Provide excellent communication with external candidates to provide an outstanding interview experience. + Partner with business executives, leaders, and all areas of HR to understand business needs, grow talent pipelines, and source for key positions within the company in the present, and in the future.
